Estate Planning and Administration

Planning and Administration

Estate planning is an analysis of your personal financial situation and a discussion of how your assets are to be distributed on your death.

Wills and Powers of Attorneys are two of the tools used to accomplish the goals of estate administration.

Other tools are life insurance, beneficiary designations on RRSPs and RRIFs, TFSAs, jointly held property, domestic contracts, trusts.

Estate Planning helps ensure that your assets are distributed to the right people after your death in accordance with your intentions and, reduce, where possible, your estate’s potential tax liabilities upon your death and protect your assets if you should become disabled.

Peggy Golden has been helping generations of people with their Estate Planning and Administration. She will work with you and your financial advisors to put in place the plan that best suits your needs.
