
Peggy E. Golden

Peggy Golden attended University of Western Ontario and earned a BA (Economics) in 1980 and then attended law school at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and graduated in the class of 1983. After articling at the law firm of Bliss, Kirsh in Toronto, Peggy was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1985.
Peggy returned to her hometown of Harrow, Ontario where she, together with her father, practiced law in the partnership of Golden & Golden until 1994 when James retired. A life-long resident of Harrow, Ontario, Peggy is committed to the community and its residents. She is a director and past president of the Harrow Rotary Club and a past director of the Harrow Health Centre which she helped to incorporate and obtain charitable status. She volunteers her spare time with Canadian Blood Services and has also assisted various local community groups pro bono with their legal matters.

Raised in Kingsville, Sebastian understands the importance of building strong relationships in a tight-knit community. A client might also be a friend, relative or neighbour and it’s important to provide straightforward, common sense, confidential solutions to their legal issues.
Sebastian’s practice focuses on real estate, wills/estates and corporate/commercial transactions. He also mediates real estate, estates and litigation matters both in-person and virtually.
He is fluent in French and German and functional in Spanish.
Sebastian obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in French & Business from the University of Waterloo in 2009. He graduated from Western University’s Juris Doctor program in 2013 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014. He began his career at a large Bay Street firm which helped him develop a strong work ethic and the ability to solve complex problems while under pressure. He came home to practice law in Kingsville in 2016 and purchased the firm from Terrence L. Sims in 2020. In 2022, Sebastian further expanded the firm by purchasing Golden Law Office in Harrow, Ontario.
Outside of the office, Sebastian sits on the boards of various community organizations and provides pro bono services to local charities and non-profits.
